Anne Thomas – Director
Anne has wide experience of all types of project and has managed ‘services’ projects in many high profile buildings for the National Trust and English Heritage.
She has also led the design and project management for many outstanding private country houses including new build and refurbishment of existing buildings.
Anne has a particular interest in the design of low energy sustainable buildings and is registered with CIBSE as a ‘Low Carbon Consultant’.
Anne is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Building Services Engineers (ACIBSE).
Tony Jones – Director
Tony has a degree in Building Energy Engineering and an HNC in Building Services (Mechanical). He has wide experience of all types of buildings and has been responsible for the entire life cycle of projects from concept to completion. Projects have included a wide spectrum of building types, including heritage, education, hospitals, commercial and specialist applications. Clients include private, local and regional Authorities, NHS Trusts, National Trust, contractors, developers, MoD and other high profile/blue chip companies.
Tony is a full member of the Chartered Institute of Building Services Engineers (MCIBSE) and the Institute of Health Care Engineering & Estate Management (MIHEEM) and a Chartered Engineer (CEng).
Neil Prowse – Director
Neil has 40 years’ experience in the Building Services industry, starting as an electrical apprentice before moving into the design field. During this time he has worked in various fields including Heritage, Healthcare, Education, Residential and Commercial. These projects include working for clients such as The National Trust, English Heritage, The States of Guernsey, various NHS Trusts, Local Authorities, Contractors and Developers.
Neil has worked at both engineer and management level in a number of leading consultancy practices and brings practical experience to both the design and management of projects.
Neil is an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Building Services Engineers (ACIBSE) and an Incorporated Engineer (IEng).
Dave Nellis – Director
With 25 years’ experience, Dave has specialised in integrating modern services into Historic Buildings since 1994, successfully working with a number of clients including Historic Royal Palaces, National Trust and English Heritage and many private clients on a wide variety of buildings ranging from scheduled ancient monuments to private residences, several of which have gained recognition winning national awards.
Dave has successfully operated in a wide variety of sectors including retail, commercial, schools – both private and state, theatre, scientific establishments, universities and colleges.
Dave is a full member of the Institute of Engineering and Technology (MIET).
