Wakefield Cathedral

Brief Description
Wakefield Cathedral stands in the heart of the city and has important fabric dating from the 12th century and of particular importance are the medieval timber ceilings and choir stalls.

The project to re-order and extend the Cathedral has been in planning for many years with the aim of providing a flexible, welcoming and responsive building which respects the historic fabric and enables the Cathedral to move forward.
