Delapre Abbey is a Grade II redundant country house with 12th century convent origins. The project brings substantial parts of the Abbey and outbuildings back into public use as an events space and visitor asset, ensuring its sustainable future. This includes the careful repair of the fabric and extensive conservation to restore the fine historic interiors to the principle rooms, with discrete and appropriate new build elements to allow for ancillary functions that support the objectives of the scheme.
MTA are proud members of Purcell’s team.
