Our design approach is to utilise low energy sustainable solutions using passive means where possible to maintain comfort conditions and suitable environment for buildings and their contents.

We work in close collaboration with the professional team to simplify building services and to maximise the use of natural ventilation and daylight to reduce energy costs.

Using the latest numerical environmental computer modelling tools, dynamic models of complex buildings can be created to assess the building’s characteristics, predicting comfort conditions, thermal overheating, and energy efficiency. We recognise the need to produce energy efficient, low carbon, sustainable buildings and MTA are CIBSE registered “Low Carbon Consultants”.

An assessment is made of the most suitable technology for each project taking into account energy usage, carbon saving, initial capital and running costs, Part L compliance etc. We carry out comprehensive energy audits and studies.
