Brief Description

Belgrave Square is considered one of the grandest and largest 19th-century squares in London, was built between1825-1841 and is grade 1 listed. 21-23 Belgrave Square was converted into a combined property in 1953, and has been the German Embassy since 1955. The project was to refurbish the residence building to its former glory. Works included relocation of the primary plant room and a phased approach to the building services to maintain occupied areas operational during the works. This required close liaison between the design team and contractors to ensure a coordinated but flexible working environment to accommodate client requirements.
