Brief Description
Beechwood House is grade II listed but was a derelict building which had suffered decay and vandalism due to its vulnerable location.
Newport City Council raised funds to restore the building to become lettable office space and craft workshops.
The building and stable block have been completely restored and in addition to the offices now houses a cafe and workshop facility.
